Client Collaboration – Inclusive Design for Accessibility
Pan-Oston, a leader in self-checkout kiosks, tasked me with designing an accessible self-checkout register for wheelchair users. Through extensive research and prototyping, I created a solution that allowed for greater accessibility, featuring a movable ATM, ample space beneath the worksurface, and a pivoting screen to adjust to the user’s eye level. The design ensured a seamless, user-friendly experience for all.
