Pavilion

This assignment is one of the first assignments I did at ICBD, we had to create a pavilion that matched our fascination. I first had to think about what I find fascinating and I came up with it quite quickly. My fascination is being underwater, I think the feeling of being underwater in a peaceful setting is very relaxing and it really puts you into a zen state. I used this feeling in my design, I used the Yin-Yang symbol in my design to give it a sort of balance. The whole pavilion is in balance even the roof of the pavilion counteracts the deepness of the pool.
